All exercises are adaptable to meet individual needs.  You work at your pace and your level to achieve your goals.

There will be free park and ride services from Beccles and Lowerstoft as well as the BBQ in the park.

In addition, the trade stands along with the static exhibitions and visiting vehicles will make for very busy weekend for everyone.

This eight-week rolling programme includes both poetry and prose writing.

There's some spooky goings on around the site with a free witch hunt for the children with a prize for every child.

The late running of our trams, trolleybuses and trains into the evening will be a chilling experience for all as the woods come alive with the spirits of All Hallows Eve when it get dark!

There will be extra treats for any children in fancy dress.
